01Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the auraasia platform, website, and mobile application. This document is to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy all of which together form the complete agreement between you and auraasia.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to register or use the auraasia platform. Continued use of our platform following any amendment to these Terms will be considered acceptance of those amendments.

02Membership Eligibility

To register and use auraasia's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above or the age of majority as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that specifically prohibits online gambling activities.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or prohibition list issued by any relevant regulatory body.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party when creating an account or conducting transactions.

03Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only at auraasia. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different names, addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods, are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Updating your account information whenever any changes occur.
• Keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
• Report to auraasia immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

AuraAsia reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of our KYC process. Required documents may include a national ID, passport, bank statement, or recent utility bill. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

04Deposit

AuraAsia supports a wide range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia. All deposits are processed through a secure integrated payment gateway using 256-bit SSL encryption.

• The minimum deposit is RM 10.00 for most payment methods.
• Deposits will be credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes after payment confirmation is received.
• Any deposit that fails to process due to a third-party technical error will be refunded within 1 to 3 business days.
• AuraAsia is not responsible for any additional charges or fees imposed by your bank or payment service provider.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing using another person's account is strictly prohibited.

05Withdrawal

AuraAsia is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. The following terms apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30.00 for most payment methods.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 5 to 15 minutes for requests that have passed security verification.
• Withdrawals to local Malaysian bank accounts are processed via a secure online transfer system.
• All withdrawals must be made to the same account used for the deposit, or to an account verified through the KYC process.
• AuraAsia reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements is not permitted.

06Bonus & Promotions

AuraAsia offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before any wins from that bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering ratio will be clearly stated on each offer.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a limited validity period. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within the stipulated timeframe will be automatically forfeited.
• Bonus Withdrawal Limit: Some bonuses have a maximum cap on the amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-related wins.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute at varying rates.
• Only one active bonus is allowed at a time unless otherwise stated.
• AuraAsia reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.

07Game Rules

All games on auraasia are operated using an independently verified random number generator (RNG), ensuring every game outcome is random and fair. As a member, you agree to:

• Play solely for personal entertainment and accept game outcomes as final.
• Not using any automated software, bots, or third-party tools to play or interact with the platform.
• Not exploiting any bugs or system vulnerabilities. Should you discover any bug, you are required to report it to auraasia immediately.
• Be fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, auraasia's system records shall be final and binding. auraasia reserves the right to void or invalidate any game round affected by a technical issue.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the auraasia platform and may result in immediate action, including account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Transferring funds between member accounts.
• Using a credit card, bank account, or payment method that does not belong to you.
• Engaging in any money laundering activities or suspicious financial transactions.
• Using any software or method to cheat, manipulate, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing support staff or other members.
• Spreading false or misleading information about auraasia.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

09Privacy & Data Protection

AuraAsia takes your privacy seriously. We collect and process your personal data solely for the purposes of service delivery, legal compliance, and improving user experience. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

10Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, auraasia shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet failures, third-party server issues, or natural disasters.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Auraasia's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11Account Suspension & Closure

AuraAsia reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that a member has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The member is unable to verify their identity or provide the required documents.
• Suspicious activity or indicators of money laundering have been detected.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• The member is located in a region where auraasia has ceased operations.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Any valid balance will be returned after the necessary security checks are completed. Appeals against account closure may be submitted via official email to our team and will be reviewed within 7 business days.

12Amendments to Terms and Conditions

AuraAsia reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of significant changes via:

• In-platform or auraasia mobile app notifications.
• An email sent to your registered email address.
• Notices displayed on the platform homepage.

Amendments will take effect 14 days after notice is issued unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the auraasia platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendment, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.
